Snuggly Terms of Service

Section 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snuggly online gender reveal event creation and sharing service ("Service") provided by the operator ("we", "us"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both parties.

Section 2. Definitions
1. "Service" means all online features the operator provides that allow members to register parent and baby information and create or share pages that reveal the baby's gender through animations such as countdown, scratch, or spinning wheel.
2. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and signs up via Kakao or Google social login.
3. "Event" means an individual gender reveal page created by a member and the associated data (parent names, baby names, gender, reveal style, etc.).
4. "Operator" means the entity that operates and maintains this Service.

Section 3. Effect and Modification of Terms
1. These Terms become effective once posted on the Service.
2. The operator may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will provide notice within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to members).
3. If a member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the member is deemed to have agreed to the amendment. Members who do not agree may terminate their use by deleting their account.

Section 4. Membership and Eligibility
1. Membership is established when an applicant signs up via Kakao or Google, agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and provides the required information (name, date of birth, etc.).
2. Children under 14 years of age may not use this Service. Even for those aged 14 or older, consent from a legal guardian is recommended for minors.
3. The operator may refuse a sign-up request or suspend/terminate the membership later in the following cases:
  - Use of another person's identity
  - Submission of false information
  - Sign-up for fraudulent purposes
  - Violation of these Terms or applicable law

Section 5. Provision of the Service
1. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue.
2. The Service includes the following features:
  - Creating, editing, and deleting events
  - Issuing unique shareable links
  - Reveal animations in countdown, scratch, and spinning wheel styles
3. The operator may change the composition or content of the Service to improve quality.

Section 6. Retention Period of Created Events
Events created by a member are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. Members can check the remaining time on their dashboard and delete events manually if needed.

Section 7. Member Obligations
1. Members shall not:
  - Post content that defames others or infringes on their rights
  - Post obscene, violent, or otherwise content that violates public order or good morals
  - Register or distribute another person's personal information without consent
  - Interfere with the stable operation of the Service (including use of automated tools)
2. The member is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the event data they enter.

Section 8. Operator Obligations
1. The operator complies with applicable laws and these Terms, and uses best efforts to provide a stable and continuous Service.
2. The operator does not provide member personal information to third parties without consent. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Section 9. Restriction and Termination of Use
1. If a member violates Section 7, the operator may delete the relevant event or suspend or permanently restrict the member's use without prior notice.
2. Members may delete their own events from the dashboard or request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, member information and all events created by the member are immediately removed.

Section 10. Suspension of Service
The operator may suspend the Service temporarily due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, system maintenance, or failures of third-party services (authentication, database, CDN, etc.), and is not liable for any resulting damages absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Section 11. Intellectual Property
1. Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service itself belong to the operator.
2. Copyright in event data entered by members (names, nicknames, images, etc.) belongs to the member. The operator uses such data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and operate the shareable link feature.

Section 12. Disclaimer
1. The operator has no obligation to intervene in disputes between members or between a member and a third party, and is not liable for any resulting damages.
2. The operator is not liable for any expected profit or benefit the member fails to obtain from using the Service.
3. Nothing in this section limits the operator's liability for its willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Section 13. Dispute Resolution
1. Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by applicable law and general commercial practice.
2. Disputes between the operator and members arising from use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act as the agreed venue.

Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect on 2026-05-21.
