Snuggly Privacy Policy

Snuggly ("Service") takes the protection of member personal information seriously and complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This Privacy Policy explains how the personal information you provide is collected, used, stored, and disposed of.

1. Personal Information We Collect
A. Collected at sign-up (required)
  - Email address (received from the social login provider)
  - Name
  - Date of birth
  - Social login identifier (Kakao user ID or Google sub)

B. Collected at sign-up (optional)
  - Marketing email consent

C. Collected during use of the Service
  - Event data entered by the member (parent names, baby names or nicknames, gender, reveal style)
  - Access IP, browser information, cookies, access timestamp (collected automatically)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use
  - Member identification and verification
  - Service provision and operation (event creation and shared link management)
  - Prevention of abuse and enforcement of operating policy
  - Statistical analysis for service improvement
  - For members who consented to marketing, sending service updates, events, and feature news via email (stopped immediately upon withdrawal of consent)

3. Retention and Use Period
  - Member information: deleted immediately upon account deletion (retained for the legally required period where applicable)
  - Event data created by members: automatically deleted 30 days after creation
  - Access logs: up to 3 months

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The operator does not, in principle, provide member personal information to external parties. Exceptions:
  - When the member has given prior consent
  - When required by law or by a request from an investigative authority

5. Processing Entrusted to Third Parties
For service provision, parts of processing are entrusted to the following companies:
  - Cloudflare, Inc. — web hosting and traffic processing
  - Supabase, Inc. — database operation and authentication data storage
  - Kakao Corp. — Kakao social login
  - Google LLC — Google social login, and (if enabled) Google Analytics and Google AdSense

6. Member Rights and How to Exercise Them
Members may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. You can delete your account directly on the dashboard, which removes all information immediately. For other requests, contact the privacy officer below; we will handle them without undue delay.

7. Security Measures
  - End-to-end HTTPS encryption
  - We do not store passwords directly; authentication is delegated to external social login providers
  - Separation of administrative privileges and access control (server secret keys are managed separately)
  - Regular security checks

8. Cookies
The Service uses cookies and session storage to maintain login sessions and to display the ad gate. Members may refuse cookie storage via browser settings, but this may limit some features such as login.

9. Children Under 14
The Service does not allow members under 14 years of age to sign up.

11. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be amended due to changes in law or service. Amendments are announced within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for amendments unfavorable to members).
